Angel Cordovilla Pérez was born in Salamanca (Spain) in 1968. He studied in Salamanca, Munich and Rome, where he obtained a doctorate in theology from the Gregorian University. Since 2003 he is professor of dogmatic theology at the Pontifical University of Comillas in Madrid.

His publications include: Grammar of the Incarnation (2004), The exercise of theology (2007), The mystery of the triune God (2012) and Crisis of God and faith crisis (2012), besides being the editor the collective work the logic of faith. Manual dogmatic theology (2013).
