Aníbal Basurto Amparano (September 3, 1955 in Hermosillo, Sonora) is a businessman and thinker on organizational transformation, creator of the Intelligent Company System (SEI). He is the author of the book Intelligent Business System, [1] author of the book Competitive Government [2] and founder of the Intelligent Business System Institute. In addition, he is a recognized consultant in the northwest region of Mexico for his publications in magazines and blogs that total more than 500 articles on business topics; as well as participation in national and international conferences, radio and television programs with a business focus.
