Barcelona (1972)

PhD in Contemporary History from the University of Barcelona (UB) and member of the Research and Analysis Group of Món Actual (GRANMA). Throughout his research activity he has analyzed political and sports extremism, youth styles and the social background of sport. He has published various essays such as Skinheads a Catalunya (2004), El mundo ultra. The radicals of Spanish soccer (2005) or Tolerància zero. La violència a l’esport (2006) among others. He is also a co-author of various collective works. Currently he combines university teaching with collaboration in various media and the publication of articles of historical dissemination in different specialized magazines.
