Carmen Sánchez (Madrid, 1958) is a professor of Ancient Art at the Autonomous University of Madrid. He has directed research projects and published numerous articles on Greek pottery and iconography. His works include A New Look at the Art of Ancient Greece (2006) or Greek Pottery from the Iberian Peninsula. Archaic and Classical Periods (2001).
