Constance Kamii. He was born in Geneva Switzerland. She lived in Japan until she was 18 years old. She emigrated to the United States in 1955. She studied Sociology, Master of Education and Ph.D. in Education. She also studied psychology at the University of Michigan.
Kamii was a collaborator with Jean Piaget in studies related to genetic psychology and Piagetian theory. Kamii is currently a professor at the University of Alabama in the United States.
