Dario Edoardo Viganò (Rio de Janeiro, 1962), is prefect of the Secretariat for Communication of the Holy See, and directed the Vatican Television Center between 2013 and 2015. He is an ordinary professor of Communication Theology at the Pontifical Lateran University and director of the Master in Digital Journalism of the Center of High Studies of Lateran-CLAS and the Pontifical Lateran University. He has published several studies about the relationship between the media and the Catholic world.
