He was born in San Antonio, Texas, on August 8, 1970. He grew up and lives in Mexico City. Writer and editor. I estudy international relatioships. He has been director of the sheet by sheet book supplement; editor-in-chief of Istor, CIDE's international history magazine; editorial adviser of the arts magazine La Tempestad; as well as creator and director of the quarterly magazine of literary creation and criticism Cuaderno Salmón. He is a member of the National System of Art Creators. His work appears in various anthologies, including Death and Its Eroticism, Tusquets (La Sonrisa Vertical), 2012.
