Elma Roura is the creator of a pioneering process in Spain based on learning to raise sexual energy. Being very young she lived spontaneous ecstatic experiences with which her consciousness awakened. This motivated her desire to delve deeper into issues of emotional management, sexuality and spirituality. She is a certified The Work of Byron Katie® facilitator with over fifteen years of experience. She currently has her own center in Barcelona, Espacio Desarrollo-te, where she teaches workshops in order to bring more peace and pleasure to the world. In recent years she has created revolutionary online workshops, as well as various programs that can be done in privacy from home. She has developed her own methodology, based on the connection of these two areas of knowledge: pain management and pleasure management.
