Emilio Gancedo (León, 1977) is a writer and cultural journalist. He has signed books of stories, travel guides, ethnographic works and scripts for documentaries, as well as being a regular participant in conferences, gatherings and filandones (popular storytellers). He is the author of the celebrated and essential Palabras mayores. A journey through rural memory and La Brigada 22. Humid neighborhood is his second novel.
