Erich Neumann

Born in Berlin in 1905, in the thirties he moved to Tel-Aviv (Israel) which will serve as a clinical psychologist and researcher until his death in 1960 He studied philosophy, literature, medicine and analytical psychology Carl Gustav Jung, which will become his best disciple. His work focuses on the study of matriarchal-female symbolism, mythology and cultural human creativity. His books include original history of consciousness, Depth Psychology and new ethics, Child, Love and Psyche, to a psychology of the unconscious feminine and Art creator.
