She is a dotora in philosophy and resigned in nursing. She is a Professor in the Faculty of Health Sciences and Welfare of the University of Vic-Central University of Catalonia. She is currently the training and research coordinator of the Grifols-UVic-UCC Foundation Chair in Bioethics; member of the research group Methology, Methods, Models and Helth and Social Outcomes; member of the Deontological Commission of the Official College of Nurses and Nurses of Barcelona and member of different ethics committees, both in the field of care and research. His research focuses on care ethics and issues related to bioethics.
