She holds a PhD in International Relations from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and holds a Masters in International Policy from the Free University of Brussels. She also holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Maryland, a researcher at CEIC and a member of the Alternatives Panel of OPEX Experts. He also emphasizes his research work in the Research Unit on Security and Cooperation of the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
