Francisco Javier Gorostiza

Francisco Javier Pérez Gorostiza is a civil engineer degree from the Faculty of Engineering of the UNAM where he also reached the degree of Master of Planning. He earned diplomas in the fields of railways and transport economics in Paris, France. In the railroads worked most of the forty years of his career in the transport sector. In the Ministry of Public Works worked in the area of ​​Planning from 1962 to 1973. In 1974 he joined National Railways of Mexico where he held positions as Head of Programming Unit; Deputy Manager of Planning and Organization; Deputy Director of Planning and Systems; Director of the Northern Pacific Railroad; director of the Valley of Mexico Terminal and General Coordinator of Telecommunications and Systems. He was Professor of Engineering, UNAM for thirty-five years. He was chairman of the systems in the Latin American Railroad Association and currently is an independent consultant in planning and railroad projects. Life and work in vocational congruence.
