Francisco Martinez Garcia holds a degree in theology at the Pontifical University of Comillas. Professor of Spiritual Theology at the Seminary of Zaragoza in 1959 and later the Regional Centre for Ecclesiastical Studies of Aragon. In 1964 he founded the Center for Spirituality Berit which was founded in 1970 the Diocesan Institute for Lay Theological Studies, where he is Director, and to which were added later the International Theological Institute for Distance and the Higher Institute of Religious Studies. He has conducted retreats, training courses and conferences in Spain and France AmIrica. Since 1972 is Vicar General of the diocese of Zaragoza.
