Gavin Strange is a director and designer at Aardman Animations, the four-time Oscar-winning studio that created Shaun the Sheep and Wallace & Gromit. He believes in creative side projects and has developed his own under the alias Jam Factory. He gives talks at different events on the international circuit such as OFFF, FITC and the WIRED Next Generation conference. Gavin took an unconventional path to get to where he is today and encourages all young people to find a vocation that fulfills them, and to allow themselves to be stimulated and inspired every day. Gavin lives in Bristol with his wife Jane, his son Sullivan and Peggy, a rescued greyhound.
