Famous for his articles and as an important figure in the public discussion of genetics, is professor at the Center for Bioethics at the University of Pennsylvania and Senior Fellow of the Leonard Davis Institute of Health Economics at the Wharton School. He teaches philosophy and coordinates biomedical research ethics.
