Olga Grjasnowa (Baku, 1984)
He grew up in the Caucasus. He later went on extended stays in Poland, Russia and Israel. He graduated from the Institute of German Literature in Leipzig. In 2011 he received the Fellowship Grenzgänger Robert Bosch Foundation. Currently studying dance at the Free University of Berlin. For his debut novel, The Russians like birches, was recently awarded the prizes Klaus Michael Kuehne and Anna Seghers, 2012.
