Héctor Manuel Enríquez Andrade

Héctor Manuel Enríquez Andrade is a senior research professor "B" of the Linguistics Directorate of the National Institute of Anthropology and History (INAH). He graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) where he graduated as a graduate in Hispanic Language and Literature. He continued his studies at the National School of Anthropology and History (ENAH) pursuing a master's degree in Linguistics; Later he obtained the DEA degree in Sciense du Language (Diploma in Higher Studies in Language Sciences) from the Lumiere University in Lyon, France. He obtained a Doctor of Language Sciences degree from ENAH.

Dr. Enriquez has developed the projects The Semantic Field of Smells in Totonac, The Visual Dictionary in Totonac Language, and is currently responsible for the projects The Semantic Fields in Totonac, he also participates in the Linguistic Anthropology Seminar of the INAH Directorate of Linguistics . He has taught the General Linguistics courses at UNAM-SUA and the Lexicology and Semantics course at this same institution.
