Javier Fernández Aguado, after years of work as a senior manager and then as an entrepreneur, is currently managing partner of MindValue, a professional services firm for senior management, and research director of EUCIM. He is one of the most sought-after Spanish speakers on economics and business internationally. His work as a researcher, coach and speaker has been awarded in the United States, Great Britain, Chile, Peru, Colombia, Mexico, Guatemala... and, of course, Spain. He has written seventy books, half of them in collaboration. Among others, Egypt, school of managers; The loneliness of the manager; Rome, school of managers; Comrades! From Lenin to today; The management of the Third Reich; 2000 years leading teams or Pathologies in organizations. More than three hundred books and essays have been written analyzing his thought. He is the only contemporary Spanish thinker about whom two international symposiums have been held to analyze his proposals. They took place in 2010 and 2019 and were attended by more than seven hundred professionals and academics from twenty countries. He has been a professor at the Navarra Business School and director of the Caixa Management Chair at IE Business School.
