Javier Urbano Reyes has a doctorate in Political and Social Sciences with a focus on International Relations from UNAM, a master's degree in International Cooperation from the José María Luis Mora Research Institute and the Rey Juan Carlos University of Spain, and a degree in International Relations from UNAM. His specialty is the definition of new models of migration administration from the integration space of the European Union, as a framework of reference for the design of international migration policies in other latitudes.
