Born in Barcelona in 1988, he holds a PhD in Philosophy of Law from the University of Barcelona. He has worked for years on aspects related to intellectual property, access to cultural property and the effects of new technologies (especially the Internet) on citizenship, on which he has published numerous articles. In this same Editorial, he has collaborated in the volume La democracia en bancarrota (edited by José A. Estévez Araújo and Giovanni Messina, 2015). It has also devoted attention to the analysis of European governance and its relation to poverty and social exclusion. On this subject he has published several articles and has collaborated in the collective book The fight against poverty in the labyrinth of governance (2018).
