José Manuel Villalpando César (Mexico City, October 4, 1957) is a Mexican lawyer. He studied law at the Escuela Libre de Derecho, where he is Professor of the subject History of National Law from 1986 to date. His vocational work has been directed to the field of spreading Mexican history. He has published forty-four books and hundreds of essays and articles in this field, as well as broadcasting more than a thousand hours in the mass media on history issues.
