Doctor in Law from the University Carlos III of Madrid and Professor of Philosophy of Law at that institution. His work includes Science Association Tocqueville. Budgets for methodological liberal theory of social structure (1995) and logical issues in the repeal of the rules (2001). He has also edited several anthologies on minority language rights and human rights.
