José Ramón Ayllon (Cantabria, 1955) studied Philosophy at the Universities of Oviedo and Valladolid. For 20 years, teaches literature, ethics and philosophy. He is the author of Dear Brutus, a historical novel featuring Julius Caesar, designed to spark classroom taste for the humanities and classical culture of Greece and Rome.
