Joyce Tyldesley is a renowned British Egyptologist doctorate in Prehistoric Archaeology at the University of Oxford. She is a professor of Egyptology at the University of Manchester and the KNH Centre for Biomedical Egyptology. He has worked in radio and television in the Egyptian world and is the author, among other books, biographies of Ramses II the Great and Hatshepsut and Nefertiti queens, as well as a major work on Cleopatra (Ariel, 2008).
