Juan Kalvellido (Cádiz, 1968), better known at the moment as J. Kalvellido or Kalvellido is a Spanish artist and sketcher. Before dedicating himself professionally to the comic and graphic humor worked in the hospitality industry. Currently lives in Fuengirola (Málaga). His work is very popular among the readers of leftist newspapers, such as The Republic, Diagonal or Mundo Obrero, along with digital media such as Rebelión or LQSomos. His work is characterized by his leftist, republican and anti-capitalist ideology.
