Julia Ortega Bernardo, Associate Professor of Administrative Law at UAM.
A contracted professor with a doctorate in administrative law from the Autonomous University of Madrid, accredited to the body of tenured professors of the University, she has carried out research stays at the Faculty of Law of the University of Friborg (Germany) and is the author of several books, including : Public intervention in the management of hazardous waste (Montecorvo, 2002), the State, Autonomous Communities and Local Entities before the management of urban waste (Marcial Pons, 2003), and numerous articles on environmental law, urban discipline and local law.
