Julia Risler. She graduated in Communication Sciences from the University of Buenos Aires with a specialty in community communication (2005). She holds a doctorate in Social Sciences from the University of Buenos Aires (2015). Teacher of the subject Theory of media and culture in the Publishing career of the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters (UBA). Member of the Study Group on the Government of (In)Security (GEGInSeg) based at the Gino Germani Institute (UBA). Co-founder of Iconoclasistas: space for experimentation, free resources and collaborative research workshops. She has taught courses at the Rector Ricardo Rojas Cultural Center (UBA) and at the National University of the Arts (UNA).
