Julius Van Daal was born in Paris during the Algerian war. Most of his life has passed in slum suburbs, and so on. After dropping out of school early, he tested several months of wage labor, which he decided to help and criticize acts. He was among the drafters of the BAS will drop prolétariat, vive le communisme, and newspapers L'exaggerate and Mordicus before participating in 1993 in the foundation of the publishing group L'Insomniaque, which continues to encourage today.
