He was born in Lebanon in 1964. In 1976 he had to go into exile with his mother (Lebanese) and his brothers because of the outbreak of war in their country. Her father, of French origin, remained in Lebanon. She studied law in France, graduating in 1989. Her life changed when four children crossed her path. In 1997 she quit her job as a lawyer and started writing. Since then, she has published more than 40 books for children and adolescents. In 2011 she settled near Le Mans.
