Laurie Laufer, president of the scientific committee of the Émilie du Châtelet Institute, is a psychoanalyst and professor of clinical psychopathology at Paris Diderot University. She is the research director at the Center for Psychoanalysis and Medicine and Society (CRPMS) and head of the research line on "Gender, Norms and Psychoanalysis".
