María Guadalupe Huacuz Lías

Law degree from the Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolas de Hidalgo, Master and PhD in Social Anthropology from the National School of Anthropology and History, candidate for Master in History of Art from the National Autonomous University of Mexico and specialist in gender studies by Program Interdisciplinary Women's Studies at El Colegio de Mexico. Member of the National System of Researchers, Level I Research It is a research professor in the Master of Women's Studies and a PhD in Sociology at the Autonomous University of Mexico in Xochimilco unit. He has worked as a professor at the National School of Anthropology and History and research projects with national and international academic institutions such as the Interdisciplinary Program in Women's Studies and the Center for Sociological Studies of El Colegio de Mexico, the Autonomous University of Mexico and the Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolas de Hidalgo and has been a fellow of foundations such as MacArthur, Profamilia, Packard Foundation. He has been a consultant to action research projects locally and Municipal impact on several states, especially in Mexico City, Michoacan and Guanajuato
