Marta Giménez Pastor (General Pico, La Pampa, December 23, 1923 – Buenos Aires, February 16, 2002) was an Argentine writer and poet. She wrote short stories, plays, and poetry. She was a teacher, journalist, and is recognized as one of the most outstanding children's authors of her generation.
