Matt Colquhoun (United Kingdom, 1991) is a writer and photographer. He trained in Photographic Art at the University of Wales, Newport, and in Contemporary Art Theory at Goldsmiths, University of London. Since 2017 he has run the xenogothic.com blog. He published the book Egress (Repeater 2020; Black Box, 2021) and edited the volume Postcapitalist Desire: The Final Lectures of Mark Fisher (Black Box, 2023). He worked as an editor for Urbanomic and Repeater Books and coordinated exhibitions for Ffotogallery, BAFTA and D & AD Festival. His research topics include accelerationism, psychoanalysis, and the psychedelic legacy of the American West Coast.
