Maximiliano García Guzmán Doctor of Political and Social Sciences with Orientation in Public Administration by UNAM. Full time professor assigned to the Center for Public Administration of the Faculty of Political and Social Sciences of the same University. He is recognized as a member of the National System of Researchers and in 2014 he received the National University distinction for young academics in the area of Teaching in Social Sciences. He responsible for the research projects "Transparency and governance in the local governments of Mexico" and "current theories and alternative public policies approaches in Mexico." The author of two books and more than 40 book chapters and articles in national and international specialized magazines.
