Mercedes Blanchard

PhD in Pedagogy from the National University of Distance Education, Bachelor in Philosophy and Education Sciences from the University of Santiago de Compostela and Master of First Education. She is currently Associate Professor at the Autonomous University of Madrid (Faculty of Teacher Education) and also teaches Secondary School in the Specialty of Psychopedagogy. Her career has been focused in the field of education acting as a teacher and as a guide in the different levels of the Educational System. Thematic nuclei where he has developed his research-innovation as a priority are: Attention to Diversity from the adaptation of the curriculum, the assessment of abilities, the Tutorial Action and specific programs for the inclusion of the school population, as well as the dynamization of teams of teachers and the Department of Guidance. Among his most recent publications are Methodological Proposals for Reflective Teachers, School Harassment, Initial Diagnostic Assessment and Final Evaluation, and Differences between Immigrant Students and Indigenous Students, as well as their participation in the online publication of the Intercultural Glossary.
