Michail Ryklin (1948) works at the Institute of Philosophy of the Academy of Sciences in Moscow. He worked in Paris with Jacques Derrida, is a professor of several universities in Europe and the United States. It is one of the leading philosophers of the new Russia. Based on contemporary French philosophy, psychoanalysis and the Western theory of totalitarianism, developed from the 80 post-totalitarian philosophy. In the center of his philosophy is the analysis of the "logic of terror" in National Socialism and in the era of Stalin.
