Milena González

Milena González is a psychologist specializing in trauma, attachment, and emotional education. She has extensive experience working with families, children, and adolescents. She holds a Master's degree in Emotional Intelligence from the University of Valencia. She is also an expert in brief psychotherapy with children and adolescents, and in clinical trauma intervention using EMDR. She is currently pursuing a specialization in psychosomatic medicine and health psychology, both of which are accredited by the Spanish Society of Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy. She is also a certified Positive Discipline Educator for families and classrooms through the Positive Discipline Association and the Spanish Positive Discipline Association.

For the past 15 years, she has collaborated on various projects dedicated to protecting the rights of children and adolescents in both Latin America and Spain. She volunteered with the ABD Association on the Preinfant Project, which focuses on preventing child abuse and providing support to mothers in Madrid and Barcelona. The last center where she has developed her work has been in the Horuelo Association, in the Global Citizenship Project, a project that is developed in the Community of Madrid and Castilla La Mancha and that is aimed at children and young people between 10 and 25 years old, which aims to promote positive coexistence, focusing primarily on intercultural coexistence and the prevention of situations of discrimination.
