Mónica Solórzano Gil

Mónica Solórzano Gil. She has a PhD in Architecture from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). She holds a master's degree in Architecture, Research and Restoration of Sites and Monuments, at the Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo in Morelia. She is an architect from the Western Institute of Technology and Higher Studies (ITESO). Postgraduate Course in City Management and Creative Entrepreneurship at the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the National University of Córdoba in Argentina.

She has been a professor at ITESO, in the Department of Habitat on topics on Fundamentals of design, Architectural design, in the Department of economics, administration and marketing, on topics of alternative and sustainable tourism, and at the Center for Cultural Promotion, History of cultural heritage, among others. Likewise, he has taught courses on Heritage Restoration Theory at the master's and bachelor's levels since 2005. He is part of the Formal Research Program of the Department of Habitat and Urban Development (DHDU) and part of the National System of CONACYT Researchers since 2021, in the candidate level.
