Pablo Mijangos and Gonzalez. Professor-researcher in the History Division of the Center for Economic Research and Teaching (CIDE). He has a law degree from the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico and a Ph.D. in History from the University of Texas at Austin. His doctoral thesis explores the ecclesiastical response to the Liberal Reform based on an intellectual and political biography of Bishop Clemente de Jesús Munguía from Michoacán.
