Paolo D'Iorio was educated at the University and at the Higher Normal School of Pisa and works at the Center National de la Recherche Scientifique de Paris since 1998. He is currently the director of the Institut des textes et manuscrits modernes (CNRS / École normale supérieure). Specialist of Nietzsche, has studied particularly the philosophy of the eternal return and the image of the Greek philosophers. He is the editorial director of Nietzsche Source and participates in the French and Italian edition of the works of the philosopher.
