Pat Shipman

Pat Shipman is a reference name in the world of paleoanthropology. She is the author of a number of very diverse titles, among them The Netherlands (1992), The evolution of Racism (1994), The Wisdom of the Bones (Rhône-Poulenc Prize, 1995), Taking Wing Los Angeles Times Book Award) and The Ape in the Tree (WW Howells Award), but perhaps the most well known to date in Spain is Towards the Heart of the Nile, Lady Florence Baker's exploration of Central Africa and now also , Mata Hari, where we discover some secrets about the myth of this great spy (published in Edhasa-Biografías, 2011).
