Pedro Vuskovic Bravo

Vuscovic Pedro Bravo (Antofagasta, February 25, 1924 - Mexico City, May 10, 1993) was a Chilean economist and politician, right hand and finance minister of President Salvador Allende. He studied commercial engineering at the University of Chile, dedicated to teaching as Professor of Statistics at the University where he studied and worked twenty years ECLAC (Economic Commission for Latin America), until 1970, when there was the triumph of Salvador Allende and the Popular Unity, and designated as economy minister, a post he held until June 17, 1972, the date on which would be replaced by the socialist Carlos Matus
