P.V. Glob (1911-1985) was Director General of Museums and Antiques of Denmark, director of the National Museum and co-founder of the Scandinavian Institute of Comparative Vandalism. His archaeological research led him to the most disparate places on the globe, although his most famous research took place in his own country, particularly in relation to people of Antiquity preserved in peat bogs, such as the men of Tollund and Grauballe.
