Rafael Cañete Fuillerat (Jauja, Córdoba, 1958), graduated in Journalism and Contemporary History from the Complutense of Madrid and graduated in Russian Language from the State University of kyiv. He lived eight years in the territory of the former USSR, six years in Moscow (Russia) and two years in kyiv, Ukraine. He was a correspondent for La Voz de Galicia in Moscow for just over three years (1991-1994).
