Born in Buenos Aires in 1957, is a professor and researcher of History of Ideas at the University of Buenos Aires and Distinguished Professor at the University of Maryland (College Park). He has been visiting professor at several universities in the United States, Mexico and Spain. His books include: W. Benjamin - Th W. Adorno, the essay as philosophy (1991).
