Robert Pollin

Professor of Economics and founder and co-director of the Political Economy Research Institute at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. His books include 'The Living Wage: Building a Fair Economy Policy' (with D. Baker and G. Epstein) (1998), 'The Macroeconomics of Saving, Finance, and Investment' (1997) and 'Transforming the U.S. Financial System '(with G. Dymski and G. Epstein) (1993). He currently co-directs a project on employment macroeconomic policies applied in South Africa, carried out under the auspices of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP).
