
Rosario Bléfari (Mar del Plata, December 24, 1965 – Santa Rosa, July 6, 2020) was an Argentine singer, actress, writer, and poet. Considered an icon of Argentine independent rock from the 1990s onward, she created and led the alternative rock and experimental pop group Suárez, as well as the bands Sué Mon Mont and Los Mundos Posibles. After the breakup of her first band in 2001, she began a solo career, releasing seven studio albums. She also distinguished herself as a writer and actress, particularly for her role in the film Silvia Prieto (1999).
