André Weil daughter and niece of Simone Weil, has taught French literature at various American universities. Writer, has published stories and novels, among which include: À New York il n'y a pas de terre tremblements (George Sand award, 22002); Les Vendanges Rachi (2000); Jeux (2000), and The Cauchemar Bulle (2005). She is the author of a play and several youth narratives.
