Victoria Kent

Victoria Kent was born in Malaga in 1898. During the Republic she was deputy for Madrid and general director of prisons. It was hidden in Paris during the years of the Nazi occupation, a circumstance that led him to write Four years in Paris (1940-1944). This was his only book. The rest of his life was between Mexico and the United States. She worked for the United Nations and was director of the famous Iberian magazine. He died in New York in 1987.
